Why Real Madrid is my favorite team
For those of you that don't know, my favorite soccer team is Real Madrid. This is my favorite team because when I was really young (around 3-4 years old) I started playing soccer. This was when I got shown my favorite movie, GOAL. This movie is about a player that was from Spain, and he was extremely good. Coaches were watching the kid play games and when he was finally old enough for him to get signed on a team, a lot of coaches tried to get him to play for them. He played for that team for quite a while. Then he eventually got brought up to play for Real Madrid.
This was the first time that I got to see this team. Even though it was a movie, I started to like the team. Santiago Munez, which is the name of the player in the movie eventually continued to play on the team for a long time. He scored a lot of goals and he was just a superb player in general. I continued to watch these movie series for the majority of the time that I played soccer. When I got older, I still really enjoyed the movie so I started doing research on it. I wanted to see if Santiago was a real player (he wasn't). Even though that Santiago wasn't a real player, Real Madrid was a real team. I started to follow Real Madrid and this is when I found my favorite player on the team, Sergio Ramos. Sergio plays the same position that I do and he just became a huge role model for me.
It also helped when I went to a premier soccer team when after you made the team from the tryouts that sat everyone down together and asked them what their favorite team was. They did this so that you could possibly bond with other kids on the team. I made a few friends from the team and I also figured out that my coach from Ireland also liked and followed Real Madrid.
If you have a favorite team, support it because it is always good to have a team that you really enjoy when it comes to watching or following soccer because it makes it more interesting.

On the Chelsea FC website, Crystal made it clear that she did indeed take the choice to go and play for Chelsea FC when she said this: "It’s a big personal challenge for me but I am ready to take this next step in my career. Playing for Chelsea is a unique opportunity for me to take my game to another level and I think the moment is right."
Crystal Dunn was born on July 3rd, 1992 at New Hyde Park, New York. She plays Outside wing or back. She was on the international team for women's when they one the 2012 world cup. Also, in 2015 she won the Most Valuable Player award and the Golden Boot award. She was the youngest player to win both of these awards when she was only 23 years old.
A couple of days ago Crystal commited to Chelsea FC and will be playing an outside back for them with the number 19.

Wayne Rooney's final days?
For those of you who don't know of Wayne Rooney, he was the star center-forward for Manchester United for England. He has played with this team for several years now and people think that his days are coming to an end. He hasn't been playing recently because of a thigh injury that has been lasting him for quite some time now.
After returning from France on his vacation, Rooney was searching for not only playing on the field but he has been searching for his form. Jose Mourinho, the coach of Manchester United sees Rooney playing as a midfielder instead of a forward and it seems that Rooney agrees with him.
Rooney knows his days are counting down knowing that he is 31 years old and he has played in the league for about 10 years now. But if Rooney can get back into shape and score as many goals as he used to, he might decide to play for the team a little longer and he might be able to pull out a championship for Manchester United.

The Spurs star: Dele Alli
Recent games for the spurs have been looking good. This could be because of their star player, Dele Alli. He plays as a midfielder for the Tottenham Spurs and he started his career around the 2012-13 years. Recently the Real Madrid team has been watching him very closely and they might be looking for a trade or a pick up very soon.
